Now is a good time to replace your old laundry equipment with more energy efficient washers and dryers. Older low G force washers spin slow and leave a lot of water in your materials. Upgrading to higher G force washer will start saving you money by extracting more water from the material before it goes in the dryer. The less water there is to remove from the material means less time in the dryer. Little things can add up quickly. If you save 3 minutes per load in a dryer 10 times a day you will be running that dryer for 30 minutes less per day. Multiply that by 2 dryers and you will be saving 1 hour per day in drying time. Multiply that by 6 days a week, (6 hrs.) 52 weeks per year. (312 hrs) That would be like shutting down a dryer for 13 full 24 hour days. Its energy not being blown out the window. Add in Ozone and you can reduce your hot water usage in the laundry by 80%. Think of all the water you won't be heating up and dumping down the drain.
